Easily one of the best conferences in the world, Dreamforce 2018 was a great venue to meet customers, prospects, partners and Salesforce folks to share information with and about the Salesforce platform and community.
One of the biggest things we took away from the conference was the news about Apple and Salesforce’s new strategic partnership. What struck us as interesting about this announcement is the implications for how this will change the Salesforce platform: from touch, to voice interactiveness and intelligence, the collaboration of Siri interfacing with the largest growing enterprise CRM in Salesforce will have interesting implications. In addition, this partnership offers a glimpse at how Apple will be expanding their Business-to-Business offerings.
It was also fascinating to learn about Salesforce’s continued expansion into machine learning and AI. In the near future, we will be leveraging these new features at Leankor. It is important to note that as a result of the aforementioned collaboration with Siri and Apple’s mobile platforms, our adoption of them will only get better as we move forward. As well, their Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform integration to improve asset management and overall Return on Assets ratio is something we are excited to implement in Leankor in the near feature.
