Erik leads product strategy at Gather, and is at the forefront of bridging technology and hospitality to help venues and guests gather and connect. Prior to Gather, he led the product management team at ExpApp to drive mobile commerce, flexible ticket sales, and data solutions empowering sports and entertainment leaders. He’s also served as a Senior Associate at Bain & Company in their Technology Private Equity Group.

Scott Sehlhorst: SVP, Executive Consultant at  LeadingAgile

Scott has 25+ years in product management & strategy consulting, software development, and mechanical engineering to help companies make better decisions about how to invest in their products. Scott “went Agile” in 2001 and has since carved a niche helping companies with long-term planning horizons to connect their strategy to iterative and incremental development cadences. Scott brings B2B2C and B2C perspective across multiple industries including eCommerce, aviation ecosystems, telecom equipment and services, mobile devices, insurance and financial services. He has worked with firms ranging from under 100 employees to Fortune-100 enterprises. Scott is also a product management lecturer in both the Dublin Institute of Technology and Lviv Business School advanced degree-programs in product management and technology management.
