So, I was fascinated with a series on the Kahn Academy about the value of a start-up. Admittedly, venture start-up is a little off the bore-sight of a project, but not that far off.

Many of them will have requirements of their own which they expect will be met. Some of these relate directly to the project’s underlying business rationale whereas others satisfy regulatory or policy compliance needs.
