Feasibility and risk assessment guide

A posting from Matthew Squair put me onto a nice one page pdf template for requirements feasibility and risk assessment.

The chart links compliance, achievability, and technical consequences.

One note:
If you don't recognize the shorthand scientific notation for numbers, like 1.0E-3, this is read as 1 with an Exponent of -3, meaning 1/1000, or 0.001. Similarly, 1.0E+3 is read as 1000.

Frankly, I would ignore the number rankings. You can make up your own, or have none.

The important content is in the categories and the category definition.
