The Power of Project Leadership with Susanne Madsen: Episode 74

January 3, 2015

Happy new year!

This is the first episode of 2015, and I am glad to bring you back to the show the fantastic Susanne Madsen.  Susanne is launching a new book called “The Power of Project Leadership” and I thought it would be great to bring her onto the show to talk about it.  I was fortunate to have access to an early digital copy of it and was really impressed.  I believe this book is eventually become obligatory reading for all project managers who want to start leading projects and teams instead of just managing them.
