Being a project manager is super-cool. It’s as easy as riding a bike. The only problem is that if you catch fire, everything will go ablaze, and you’ll land in hell.

To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, the glass is half empty. To the project manager, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be. It is difficult to manage a project if the team that you’re working with does not have synergy.
