One of our favorite events of the year, Dreamforce brings Salesforce Trailblazers together in San Francisco annually for several jam-packed days of fun and learning. Dreamforce 2018 is happening on September 25-28 – and yes, Leankor will be there!

This year we can’t wait to tell you all about how you can use Field Service Lightning, Salesforce’s fastest growing product, to transform your resource planning and project management with Leankor. Field Service Lightning is a powerful tool which lets users effectively and efficiently send out break/fix work orders, for effective short-term scheduling in the field. It is also manageable on mobile devices, allowing for real-time collaboration.
As part of the greater enterprise work management and timeline planning Field Service Lightning is a gamechanger for resource planning and scheduling when used in conjunction with Leankor. Customers use our platform to manage their complex customer project delivery, and they usually have multiple massive projects going on at any given time. While resource managers must make sure that these projects are delivered on time, they may have teams who have to be made available for both project work as well as ongoing unscheduled work, such as break/fix orders. For example, an elevator manufacturing company may have personnel who work on both the delivery of new elevators as well as the maintenance of already delivered elevators. If they suddenly need to report to another site for repairs, that means they are not able to deliver elevators on their scheduled date.
