Today I talk with Greg Githens, author of How to Think Strategically, the book that has set the tone for my focus in 2021. I hope this conversation inspires you to develop your strategic thinking skills as much as it did for me.

Greg Githens

Greg Githens is an executive coach, seminar leader, keynote speaker, and management consultant with work experience on six continents. His audiences and clients include Essilor of America, Ecom Group, VR Systems, United Illuminating, Weber-Stephens, PetSmart, United Healthcare, The University of Toledo, Sauder Woodworking, SSOE, The Andersons, Bryan healthcare, the American Red Cross, 3M, IBM, and the United States Air Force.

The most important tool is the one between your ears is an idea that informs much of his teaching, writing, and advice. He has authored numerous articles on strategic thinking, strategic initiatives, innovation program delivery, and new product development. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University, a master’s degree from Miami University, and a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
