I’m a little morbid, so my imagination conjures a Victorian-era morgue with sickly gaslight flickering over a sheet-covered body. What does this Gothic image have to do with a twenty-first century project? In both the medical and project management fields, post-mortems analyze the end of a lifecycle.

The cost of distraction

Lynne Cazaly

Checking your phone during a meeting is a productivity, focus and attention killer. We think we can be present in the meeting AND scroll, check and read … but no.
