Why getting to Done matters in Scrum

If I were to summarize the purpose of a Sprint, I would say that it’s to deliver a Done, usable increment that meets the Sprint Goal. What is an Increment? At the end of each Sprint, a Done increment is delivered. The Increment is the sum of all Product Backlog Items which were done during the Sprint.
