Krzlich habe ich eine Umfrage zu Produktzielen durchgefhrt: Nur 34 % der Befragten nutzen Produktziele. Da ich mir nicht sicher war, wie sehr ich diesen Zahlen trauen sollte, habe ich auch die Verwendung von Sprintzielen in Scrum Teams abgefragt. Dort zeigt sich ein anderes Bild: 60 % der Befragten setzen regelmig fr ihren Sprint ein Ziel. Dies deckt sich mit meiner Erfahrung.
