The Importance of Backlogs in Agile

Agile teams need clearly defined backlogs with easily actionable requirements. Without an organized backlog, teams can’t deliver regular increments of working, tested product. If we aren’t delivering regularly, we might not be responding to our customers and markets quickly enough.
