Becoming familiar with Internet Explorer 7. How to import RSS feeds

Today I tried to export my RSS feeds from RSS Bandit into an OPML file and import it into Internet Explorer 7. To my surprise, the import feature is located under the “Add to Favorites” button in IE7. Not the best organization of menus, I’d say. My next surprise was that Import Wizard did not import anything and did not prompt any reasonable error message.
