Die Verbesserung, die ich am Scrum Guide vornehmen würde: Ich würde das Wort „Meeting“ aus dem Scrum Guide verbannen und es durch „Workshop“ ersetzen. Meiner Ansicht nach ist der einzige Weg aus dieser Situation, Scrum Events nicht mehr als Meetings, sondern als Workshops zu verstehen. Das fasse ich unter einem Workshop zusammen.
