From 2010–2015 I worked as a Scrum Master for a web agency. We developed software solutions for external clients. When I started, Scrum wasn’t used at all. It was something we figured out along the way. I changed my role from Project Manager to Scrum Master, the developers slowly moved from programmers to product developers , and we tried many experiments with the Product Owner role because that proved to be a returning challenge.
