You can create personal calendars for resources to allow for holiday time , or part-time. There are only 2 reports: budget analysis and time analysis, both of which are dependent (obviously) on the data you put in. You can’t see a portfolio view of all projects in GanttPRO so you can’t get out enterprise or PMO reporting.
