Wasn’t there a different way of developing, delivering, and sustaining complex products?”. It felt unreal to become a peer and have the opportunity to closely collaborate with them.

So I did this with a room full of executives, 50 of the top executives in a pretty large telecom company over there. They maybe estimate them using new story points, planning, poker, they burn them down, they produce a working test and increment of software at the end of every sprint. I mean, it just wasn’t even close.
