We surveyed 220 project managers to better understand what it’s like to work in project delivery. This probably speaks to the self-selecting nature of the survey respondents in both cases. The top career goal is certification. The top career goal for project managers is gaining a certification.

Walter’s certifications include the PMP and MCTS. In fact, if you look at the pulse of the profession, which is an annual poll that PMI does that in 2019, probably around 30 or so percent of the projects failed. Faulty requirements management was a matter of documentation, proper elicitation.
