From our own quantitative research with 1.200 Scrum Teams , we know that teams are more effective when they are more aware of the needs of their stakeholders. Unger-Windeler and her colleagues (2019) also investigated what Product Owners do in many different organizations and concluded that “no Product Owner role is like another”.
