I walked into the conference room to meet with the VP of enterprise Agile Transformation. The VP stated the Agile teams were in ‘chaos’ since being taught the concept of Lean Agile portfolios. Teams don’t keep a regular cadence of collaboration and review. Needless to say, it was about me. I was taken aback briefly.

Definitely, there has to be the communications planning involved with that as well to more of a lean and effective type of method. What’s deliverable, cadence, project phase? When we look at the different sections here, what I like is that they talk about delivery cadence and they give a few examples. It makes sense.
