While there may be valuable concepts to consider within SAFe, my observation of companies trying to adopt it focuses mostly on certification and compliance rather than deepening the understanding of agile principles and values, specifically on the leadership level. Lean UX is neither Lean nor UX; don’t be fooled by the name.
