I’m not convinced that 2030 is a realistic target, though, given the project management maturity levels and willingness to adopt new tech that I see on a daily basis. Lloyd seems to feel the same. That’s due to: an increase in the number of jobs requiring project management-oriented skills (i.e. most knowledge work jobs as well as industries where PM has traditionally been important) higher demand due to economic growth retirement rates.
